District Data Privacy and Security
Copenhagen Central School District is committed to maintaining the privacy and security of student data, teacher data, and principal data. The District follows all applicable laws and regulations for the handling, storage, disclosure, and release of this information, including when working with third-party contractors.
The District has adopted policies to implement the requirements of New York State Education Law Section 2-d and its implementing regulations. These practices are also aligned with the National Institute of Standards and Technology Cybersecurity Framework 2.0.
