Welcome to Copenhagen Central School Central Registration

To register your child, please call 315-688-4411 to schedule an appointment.

Registration forms may be completed ahead of time by clicking the link below or by calling the school at 315-688-4411. An in-person appointment is still required to finalize the registration process.

Please bring the completed registration form along with:

  • Proof of residence
  • Birth certificate
  • Custody paperwork, if applicable
  • Current NYS physical
  • Proof of immunizations

Current physical and immunization records must be provided by the start of school.
