Meet Our Staff! Meet Eric Carden. Eric has been an elementary school counselor at Copenhagen for the last two years. Eric says that he “loves the close-knit community Copenhagen has to offer, with wonderful staff and students who help each other out like a friendly neighbor would.” Eric is not a North Country native but says that “so many people have been welcoming with open arms” and that he is very grateful. He enjoys watching the Kindergarten graduation ceremonies and “loves seeing traditions like that carried on for multiple generations”.
In his free time, Eric likes to practice landscape photography, go on long walks, and play trivia with friends. Thanks for sharing a little about yourself, Eric!

Congratulations to Miss Ellingsworth, our Wee Knights teacher. Miss Rachel was entered into a "My Favorite Teacher" drawing by one of her student's and his Mom at Edible Arrangements. We were so excited to hear she had won this beautiful arrangement.

Miss Rachel's Wee Knight class had a great time practicing their sense of taste! Students were able to try bell peppers, blueberries, lemon, and cucumbers. Then, they voted on their favorites. It was a great way to practice one of our five senses!

What's new at our CCS Knight Cafe? A Tasting Station every Tuesday! This week we featured fresh peaches! The kids loved having this sweet and healthy tasting experience while waiting inline for lunch. Next week's Tasting Station will feature: Roasted Butternut Squash. YUM!!
