This is Meet Our Staff! We will be highlighting different staff members and giving you a glimpse of who they are as a person, staff member, and part of the Copenhagen community. For our first post, meet Ginny Hovendon!
Ginny has been a teacher at Copenhagen for 20 years! She is a fabulous art teacher, who likes to draw, paint, and do lots of outdoor activities like walking her dogs.
Ginny says her favorite thing about working at Copenhagen is the people. She says “my kids graduated from here and their foundation was here. We give students a great start to wherever they wish to go.”
When asked to relate the “teaching world” to the community, she says “every day we do the best we can because community is so important and the school is the biggest part of our community.” Thanks for sharing your thoughts, Ginny!
