This afternoon, teachers and staff at CCS participated in a simulation training organized by our Student Services Team. This provided the opportunity for them to experience what it might be like to live in a low-income family trying to survive from month to month facing everyday challenges. Empathy was developed as teachers and staff struggled to feed their families, pay for their homes, and just get by.
