Since 1991, the Rotary Clubs of Jefferson County have been sponsoring a week of camp at Dodge Pond, Fine, New York, for children with disabilities. The camp is open to all disabled youngsters between the ages of 8-20 who live in Jefferson County. There is no charge to the camper.
