On January 13th, Kindergarten thru 5th grades will be traveling to Maple Ridge to spend the day snow tubing! The first group will be departing school at 8:10 and returning at 11:20. The second group will leave school at 11:25 and return to school in time to get on 3:00 bus. The PTO and YAC are funding the transportation for the field trip. The students will need to bring in the money to pay for the Snow Tubing ticket and a hot chocolate, at a cost of $3.25.
Each child in Grades K-2 will need to bring a lunch or one can be ordered from our school cafeteria. To avoid any lost or forgotten lunch bags, we ask that there are no breakable items in the lunch and that you pack the lunch in a paper/plastic lunch bag that can be disposed of. It is important that all students are dressed appropriately, since we will be outside. Permission slips will be sent home with students early this week. Slips and ticket money are due by Monday, January 9th. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to call the Elementary Office.
